Former Australia Captain: "MS Dhoni is the Best Ever T20 Captain" The CSK Legend is the Best of All Time

When MS Dhoni enters the field for Chennai Super Kings in tonight's season finale against the reigning champion Gujarat Titans in Ahmedabad, he will be taking part in his 250th IPL game.It will be yet another significant turning point in Dhoni's illustrious career. He is widely regarded as one of the finest captains to have ever played the game and the greatest in IPL history.

Dhoni has won seven significant T20 championships to date, including the first T20 World Cup in 2007 and two Champions League T20 crowns.

Tom Moody, a former cricketer for Australia, has revealed his picks for the 50 greatest captains of all time and believes that MS Dhoni is 'hands down' the best T20 captain of all time.

“MS Dhoni is without a doubt the greatest T20 skipper we have ever had, in my opinion. And this year, he has provided evidence of it. And when it comes to Test cricket, I wouldn't include MS Dhoni in that group, Moody said.

Sanjay Manjrekar, a former Indian cricketer who participated in the conversation, agreed with Moody that Dhoni is unchallengeable in the format.

Don't overlook Arjuna Ranatunga's influence on Sri Lanka. Kapil Dev leads 50-over cricket, while Steve Waugh leads Test cricket. Although there are others, MS Dhoni cannot be challenged in T20, according to Manjrekar.

Ben Stokes, an all-around player for England, has led the squad in Test cricket, and Moody is also delighted with him. After the West Indies trip last year, Stokes replaced Joe Root as captain.

“I believe there are further prospects; we just seen one who has had a significant influence in Ben Stokes. Although it is a tiny sample size, what he has accomplished for England in a short amount of time has had a significant impact on how the game is played, according to Moody.
